ActionAid Ethiopia sends relief items to Raya LRP where thousands of right holders are severely affected by locust, conflict and COVID 19.

Among the LRPs ActionAid operates, Raya Azebo woreda is one of the
hardest hit areas by locust, conflict, and food insecurity. ActionAid Ethiopia
(AAE) together with other Humaniterian International NGOs made a joint
assessment in five woredas (Alamata, Chercher, Raya-Azebo, Ofla and
Wajerat) of South Tigray Zone and Kobo woreda from North Wollo zone,
Amhara regional state, which is adjacent and one of the affected woredas by
the crises. The assessment found that Raya-Azebo and Chercher woaredas
were the most severely affected woredas.
